Apple iOS 11 Beta 3 adds live broadcasting button

Apple has released a brand new update of third developer beta of iOS 11. However, there is something suspicious in it. The latest update of iOS 11 has addition to a “Start Broadcast” button. The button has led everyone to guesses on what it might be. However some speculations suggests that this button is possibly intended for sharing the phone’s display during a livestream, has been added in the latest iOS 11 developer beta.

There are several guesses going on regarding this new button’s functionality. However, the Start Broadcast button doesn’t do anything currently, and if you tap it, the screen only records locally, with the file being saved to the gadget’s camera roll.

Some reports have hints that it is meant for AirPlay. But this doesn’t make sense since the button for AirPlay is already there on Control Center. However, it’s also possible that the record button could be for the third-party apps which want to influence the ability to record an iPhone’s display. The user will be able to share screen to a YouTube or Facebook livestream after pressing the button.

HDR-The Dynamic Imaging Technology..!!!

Human eye is a marvel of nature…!!! Absolutely a gifted one, its ability to capture a little portion, but the significant part of Electromagnetic spectrum enable us to visualise the colourful and appealing costume of the world we live. Our ancestors always admired the capability of eyes that we posses, as a result of this inspiration we the humans developed artificial eye or we call it with love as “Camera” or Photography Device.

Too much philosophy..isn’t it? As the time advanced we have witnessed great developement in the field of optics, ancient B&W photogrphy/image processing to the modern SUHD images and still developing. HDR or High-Dynamic-Ranging is the term that is very well attached to the modern photography or that enhanced the beauty of pictures that we see today.

High-Dynamic-Range as the name suggest it is the photography technique in which wide range of wavelength from the visible region of EM spectrum are resolved/captured to bring the equivalent effect to that of Human eye perception. In simple words, the images are easy to be handled by the human eye and are easily resolved.

HDR has now become an unevitable part in Smartphone Camera, DSLR and other photographic devices.

Main process involved in acheiving HDR photos are as follows:

  1. Exposure Bracketing.
  2. Merging: done using a photo manipulating programme
  3. Encoding images in a raw image format (usually .jpeg).

To have a clear cut idea of the significance of HDR. Don’t forget to watch this video (since visuals are worth a thousand words).

Pay With Paypal For Apple Services

0

Apple Smartphones and Apple Services are premium and elite (so, costly). Much evident from its closed eco-system providing enterprise level security, in which services or contents are paid. Take an example of AppStore-The official app market of the iOS devices mostly consist of paid apps/games for which we have to empty our pocket.

Although Apple services such as AppStore, iTunes, AppleMusic... are not less of premium things, but the medium to grab them are few. In other words Apple provides only less options for transactions, with users mostly opting for the credit/debit card based payment options that are attached to their AppleID. Now it looks like Apple want to encourage the users to access its paid content more easily and secure by collaborating with PayPal-The American based online payment company.

By this, Apple users having PayPal account can now purchase Apple services and products. By providing PayPal as payment option under account settings. Currently, PayPal for Apple is available only in Canada or Mexico, PayPal has assured of expanding service to other market in coming days.

Forget Not to mention about PayPal One Touch Mobile feature, which is also bundled with the payment method. That is you can complete transaction using your fingerprint. With Apple and PayPal joining hands, Apple services based transactions are more likely to increase in coming months.

Note 8 Not To launch On September, Early Release Expected.

0

Every year, September used to be the official launch date of flagship product from the two leading Smartphone manufacturers: Apple and Samsung, which marks the flagship battle of that year. The former had never compromised in the release date, but it seems latter is not that much intersted in following the tradition. Yes, the much awaited and anticipated Phablet flagship Samsung Note 8 will be announced a month earlier, rather than expected launch at IFA to be held on September this year at Berlin.

The decision of Samsung to unveil Note 8 in August is a clear buisiness strategy against the Apple’s 10th Anniversary product IPhone 8, which is going to hit the market with remarkable changes compared to recent product from the Cupertino based company. In all sense tech world is going to witness battle between the two Giants.

As far as reputation of Samsung is considered, launch of Galaxy Note 8 is vital to regain the lost pride of brand after Note 7 debacle( Ofcourse, groundbreaking design and feature of Gaaxy S8/S8+ has already helped in regaining the brand image). Based on a latest update,  most probably Note8 is going to be announced at a special event by Sammy on 23rd August.

Have a look at the Safety Measurements Samsung implemented after Note7 battery explosion.

Leaving all past incidents in the past, Note8 will be a fabulous product that Samsung had ever launched. It is expected to ship with same infinity display that debuted with Galaxy S8/S8+, but with 6.4-inch AMOLED a little big display than S8+.

If rumours and leaks are to be believed Note8 is going to be the first Samsung device to feature a dual-camera.Let us hope Note8’s market performance will help samsung in compensating the loss incurred due to its predecessor.

After the LG V20, LG is all set to launch its next big flagship, the LG V30 this August at IFA, Berlin. While there were not many details revealed about the LG V30, except for the fact that it will not feature the secondary display that its predecessor had, a recent render of the device flaunts it in greater detail.

According to the video render of the LG V30 released by onleaks, the device features a fingerprint scanner on the back along with a dual camera setup and a flash. Ubuntu is now available for Download in the Windows Store

0

Ubuntu, a Linux-based operating system will now be available for download from the Windows 10 app store. It is now available for all those people who have signed up for the Windows Insiders program of Microsoft. The distribution of Ubuntu could be directly downloaded from the Windows and can be installed right alongside your Windows 10 operating system.

However, this does not install Ubuntu in the old fashioned dual boot format where you have to select between Windows or Ubuntu while booting your computer. And once you choose which operating system you want to boot with, you can never go back to the other unless you restart your system.

This new update installs Ubuntu in a sandbox way, which means you can run Ubuntu and Windows simultaneously on your PC. It is like running two different apps simultaneously on same machine. But keep in mind that this is also not simple as it sounds because you still have to modify some settings like turning on or off the Windows features and selecting the Windows subsystem for Ubuntu.

Still, this feature is much easier than having to go through the tedious process of setting up and installing dual operating systems on your PC and laptops. The best thing about this update is that you can access all of your files across both the operating systems. While the update is currently available only for the insiders, it is soon expected to roll out to all audience.

HTC 10 (Telstra) to taste the Nougat Flavor

0

Nougat rollouts are picking up the pace, smartphone makers are keen to provide update to its eligible phones. HTC 10 is the latest to be blessed with the Nougat OTA update in the lineup.

Australian Carrier “Telstra” has started rolling out the update gradually and will soon release to other regions. The OTA seems to weigh over 1.5GB, packed with all the features of basic Nougat which Includes:

  • More pleasant and delightful materialistic UI.
  • Advanced Doze Mode on the go…!!
  • Fast and frequent system updates…etc.

HTC has rolled out Android 7.0 to its unlocked variant nearly 5 months ago,. Now, certain carriers started testing the update and some are officially releasing it in the first half of July this month.

Much to the fact, the Nougat version is 7.0 which is a little bit outdated compared to the latest 7.1.2 seen in Flagship Google Pixel phones. The owners of flagship devices such as HTC 10 will surely have a lust for getting latest and up to dated version of Android, but seems the manufacturers are not interested.

For the HTC 10 Telstra users, head onto the Settings>About Device and tap the Software update tab to upgrade the device to Nougat OS. Don’t forget to have atleast 50% of charge and important files are backed up, to restore in case any error occurs while updating.
