Whether you call it a leak or as an after effect of official procedures. All most all vital details of upcoming Galaxy Note 8 is revealed by GFXBench – A reputed benchmarking site. Today, the device carrying model number SM-N950(Galaxy Note 8) popped its head in the GFXBench, eventually leaving all the traces of its appearance. Thankfully, major revelations are unearthed with this visit by the successor of last years ill-fated Galaxy Note 7.
GFXBench reveals the Galaxy Note 8 to possess a mammoth 6.4 inch sized AMOLED Display with QHD+ resolution of 2960×14460. As some of the sources have already pointed out, the Galaxy Note 8 was spotted running Android 7.1.1 Nougat, contrary to the Nougat 7.0 that Samsung released for all other eligible Samsung devices so far. About the processor it boards, the GFXBench detailed it as octa-core Samsung Exynos 8 SoC clocked at 2.4GHz, which probably is the latest Exynos 8895 chipset seen in the previous flagships Galaxy S8/S8+.
In addition, Galaxy Note 8 consist of 6GB of RAM and an in-built storage of 64GB. In which 5.2GB and 53GB respectively are user available as per the benchmarking.
Galaxy Note 8 is expected to be the Samsung’s first smartphone to boast a Dual-Camera setup. Ironically, the GFXBench doesn’t reveal much about the dual-camera. Instead, it bench marked the Note 8 primary camera as a single 12MP shooter, probably with f/1.7 aperture. And an 8MP front shooter.
